Observation table
Shows observations over time as a flowsheet, with the band each value was given, its change since the value before, and a total for each round.
Every example uses synthetic data. Its bands, scores and total are arbitrary, to show how they are drawn: they are not clinical thresholds.
Vital signs with a total
Glasgow Coma Scale, blood pressure, SpO₂ and oxygen flow among the rows, and a total for each round. Oxygen flow has values only in the rounds when supplementary oxygen was given. The round with no temperature has an incomplete total.
