Comment

Shows one comment, with who wrote it, their role, when, and what they said, in a thread or a table cell, and whether it was edited or revoked.

  • MinorComment: status="revoked" strikes a comment's text through, mutes it and starts it with "Revoked:" for a screen reader, and CommentRevoked says who revoked it and when, with an icon, or the icon and "Revoked" in a compact comment. CommentEdited says a comment was edited, and CommentActions holds its author's actions, such as Edit, Delete and Revoke, and is hidden in a compact comment. A compact comment's text can take two lines with lines={2}. CommentProvenance works with every state. Its grade stays tested.
  • MinorAdd Comment, one comment with its author, role, time and text. Comment, CommentHeader, CommentAuthor, CommentRole, CommentTime and CommentText lay it out for a thread, and CommentList is the thread, an ol. With size="compact" it fits two lines of a table cell: the text cut to one line, then the author and time, with the role left out. CommentProvenance marks a comment an AI drafted, with what drafted it, who reviewed it, and its sources, or "No source", and stays after review. The middle dots between the header's parts are hidden from a screen reader.
