Medication card
Shows one medicine, how it is taken in the words of the national on-screen display guidelines, and its status, and opens to the doses given.

- Medication card: the dose history is a table, so times, statuses and doses line up in columns. Why a dose was not given is in a Tooltip on its status badge, which a keyboard reaches, rather than beside it. The route is a badge after the medicine's name, and is no longer repeated in the dose line.
- Add Medication card: one medicine, how it is taken in the words of the national on-screen display guidelines, and its status. An order shows when it was last given and whether the latest dose was not given and why, and opens to its doses in the last 24 hours, with earlier doses on request. A "when required" order missing its reason or its maximum in 24 hours says so. With
audience="patient", the instruction is in plain words and internal statuses are left out.
